As I continue to delve into the world of conference calling and conference calling services I keep making new and interesting discoveries.
One of the perks that many conference calling services offer along with their calling packages is call recording. Most conference calling services give you the choice of adding call recording to your package or not. It is a nice option because it allows the host of the conference call to record everything that was said for later review.
Conference calling services have the capability of recording the calls digitally by simply activating the recording option when dialing into the service provider’s interface. The recording can then be accessed through the web or email at the host’s convenience.
