One limitation to instant access conferencing can be the preset attendee limits imposed by your conferencing carrier. Before signing up, ensure that there are enough lines per instant-access account to accommodate your typical meeting.
Another limitation to instant access conferencing can be a lack of bells and whistles - it is often a challenge to obtain operator assistance for instant access calls, and add-on options including recording and announcement capabilities can be limited. Once again you’ll need to decide which type of service will best fit your company’s needs.
